In Photos: Surreal Park’s Soul Festival
Three stages, 135,000 square metres and one of the most ambitious lineups Brazil has seen this year. Surreal Park's fourth Soul Festival delivered on every level, with Defected, D-EDGE and We Are Lost each curating their own world inside the vast Camboriú complex.
The headline moment came on the Ritual stage where Carl Craig and Moodymann's rare b2b drew a crowd that stayed locked in for hours. KiNK brought his characteristically unpredictable live show, Len Faki held down the Bells stage with unrelenting precision, and over on Nomad, Sasha and Guy J guided a more patient, narrative-driven dancefloor through the night. Brazil's own Mochakk made a long-awaited Surreal Park debut that lived up to the billing.
It was a festival that felt both enormous and intimate. Here are some of the best moments from the night.
