Today, prodigy multi-instrumentalist and electronic music producer Daktyl and acclaimed poet and songwriter Benni Ola release their long-awaited Chaos Theory (Part 1) EP via TOKiMONSTA’s Young Art Records. Building on the buzz generated by their highly-regarded singles 'Matrix' and 'Say No More', Daktyl and Benni Ola’s debut collaborative body of work is now available in its entirety.

When Daktyl and Benni Ola come together, a special synergy is unlocked. The duo creates music for creation’s sake - fostering an authentic relationship that results in honest art. It’s not every day these radically different worlds of electronic music and spoken word poetry collide - the end product is something special, music that exceeds the sum of each individual artist’s contributions.

Chaos Theory (Part 1) features four tracks that showcase the duo's unique sound, which blends Daktyl's production prowess with Benni Ola's powerful vocals and poetic lyricism. The EP includes singles ‘Matrix’ and ‘Say No More’, alongside two previously unheard cuts, ‘Bricks’ and ‘Nirvana’.

Hailing from the UK, Daktyl began producing music as a teenager in his university dorm room. Since then, he has showcased his talents across many corners of dance music, releasing records on labels such as Ninja Tune, Mad Decent, and Monstercat, touring with ODESZA, Bonobo, and Troyboi, and producing remixes for Major Lazer, Halsey, and Autograf. With support from Billboard, Rollingstone, and Zane Lowe, Daktyl has received praise from some of dance music’s biggest tastemakers.

Benni Ola's dynamic voice and poignant writing style have garnered him recognition as one of Southern California's most captivating poets. With his powerful voice, he has made a name for himself writing for a diverse range of artists including Channel Tres, TOKiMONSTA, and Flume, and his poetry has been featured in campaigns for notable brands such as Meta, Boost Mobile, and UOPHX. Benni's impressive range and creative versatility have cemented his reputation as one of California's most exciting emerging poets.

With the Chaos Theory (Part 1) EP, Daktyl and Benni Ola have created a sonic landscape that defies categorization, blending elements of electronic music and spoken word poetry to create something special. The EP's four tracks take listeners on a journey that is both exhilarating and introspective, showcasing the diverse range of talent that Daktyl and Benni Ola bring to the table.
