Virtualdj Officially Adopts Alphatheta’S Onelibrary Unified Music Format

AlphaTheta Corporation has officially announced that VirtualDJ now supports OneLibrary, the unified music library format launched in October 2025 to streamline track management across different DJ hardware and software brands. OneLibrary standardizes essential track metadata—including playlists, Hot Cues, and beatgrid configurations—enabling seamless workflow transitions between various performance ecosystems.

Through this new integration, VirtualDJ users can export their music libraries directly to a USB drive in the OneLibrary format for use with compatible standalone hardware.

XDJ-AN
OPUS-QUAD
OMNIS-DUO

Stephane Clavel, CEO of Atomix Productions, welcomed the initiative, stating that "technology should adapt to DJs" and pointing to VirtualDJ's long-standing focus on broad hardware and format compatibility. AlphaTheta plans to continue expanding the OneLibrary standard across industry partners to improve operational flexibility for performing artists worldwide.
