Sparrow & Barbossa hook up for new single 'Float' feat. BAYLI on CircoLoco Records
Madrid-based DJ and producer duo Sparrow & Barbossa have released their latest single, 'Float,' featuring Brooklyn-based r&b vocalist BAYLI. The bubbly and tender track is available now on CircoLoco Records and serves as the lead single from the duo's upcoming EP.
Sparrow & Barbossa is Swiss-born Bryan Coletta and Uruguayan-born Emiliano Haberli and they have established themselves with a sound that fuses organic instruments and electronic invention with soul, jazz, funk and Afro-Latin rhythms. Their previous works have picked up international attention with collaborations featuring artists such as Rampa, Deadmau5 and Jamie Jones.
'Float' combines Sparrow & Barbossa's signature Caribbean house style with BAYLI's smooth and emotive vocals to make for a catchy, bubbly groove with sensuous overtones. The duo premiered the song live at this year's Coachella festival to a packed Yuma tent audience.
Following that Coachella debut, the duo is set to perform at places such as Circoloco Ibiza, Shellona in Saint Tropez, III Points in Miami and Tomorrowland in Belgium.
