Rio Carnival 2026 to host week-long open-air electronic music series at Museu do Amanhã
Jamie Jones, Black Coffee, ARTBAT, Vintage Culture and more lead six-night programme during Carnival
During Rio de Janeiro’s Carnival 2026, electronic music will once again take centre stage through a week-long open-air event series staged across the city’s most iconic cultural settings. Running from February 13 to 21, the programme will unfold at the Museu do Amanhã, the Santiago Calatrava–designed landmark overlooking Guanabara Bay and one of Latin America’s most visited cultural institutions.
The series brings together key figures from the global electronic music circuit, blending established headliners with artists closely connected to contemporary club culture. The line-up includes Jamie Jones, Black Coffee, Mochakk, ARTBAT, CamelPhat, Vintage Culture, Carlita and LP Giobbi, among others.
The programme opens on February 13 with Jamie Jones, followed by Black Coffee on February 14. On February 16, Mochakk and Dennis Cruz take over, joined by a Bob Moses club set. The following night, February 17, features ARTBAT and CamelPhat, with LP Giobbi also on the bill. Vintage Culture headlines on February 20, before the series concludes on February 21 with a closing event presented in collaboration with Dawn Patrol, featuring Kölsch.
The project reinforces a recurring presence during Rio’s Carnival, using culturally significant venues to present carefully curated electronic music experiences that attract both local and international audiences. The approach continues to strengthen the dialogue between electronic music, architecture and urban space during one of Brazil’s most intense cultural periods.
Tickets and further information are available via the event’s official channels.
