NERVO unveil peak-time techno remix of Jairic's 'Don't Let Me Put A Track On You'

NERVO have released a new remix of Jairic's 'Don't Let Me Put A Track On You' via Rich Air Music, reworking the rapper and producer's genre-blurring original into a driving club-focused cut.

The Australian twin sisters Liv and Mim Nervo first rose to prominence through their songwriting and production work, collaborating with artists including Kylie Minogue, Ke$ha, Afrojack, Armin van Buuren, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Avicii. They achieved global recognition after co-writing David Guetta and Kelly Rowland's Grammy Award-winning hit 'When Love Takes Over', later named Billboard's greatest dance-pop collaboration of all time.

Since then, NERVO have become fixtures on the international festival circuit, performing at Tomorrowland, Ultra Music Festival, EDC, Lollapalooza, Creamfields and Ushuaïa Ibiza, while regularly appearing in DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs poll. Their debut album, Collateral, reached No. 1 on the iTunes Dance chart, helping cement their status as one of dance music's most recognisable acts.

Their latest remix sees them revisit Jairic's 'Don't Let Me Put A Track On You', originally released on the Detroit-born artist's 2025 EP n=40. The original track showcased Jairic's blend of sharp lyricism, personal storytelling and cinematic production.

On the remix, NERVO raise the tempo and shift the track firmly towards the dancefloor, pairing Jairic's vocal performance with driving percussion, rolling low-end energy and atmospheric synth textures. The result is a peak-time reinterpretation that retains the character of the original while embracing a more club-ready aesthetic.

Speaking about the release, NERVO said: "Really caught a vibe with this original and wanted to raise the tempo to suit what we are playing in our sets. It has been working great and we really hope you all love it as much as we do!"

Born and raised in Detroit and now based in Cannes, France, Jairic has steadily built a reputation through a series of high-profile performances across Europe, including appearances at Château Les Alouettes in Cannes, Villa Balbiano on Lake Como and the Paris premiere of the short film Azur.

The NERVO remix follows a previous rework of the track by French electronic duo KRONO, further extending the reach of one of the standout records from n=40.
