Miguelle & Tons hook up with Miluhska on Two And A Half Cats
Miami-based artists Miguelle & Tons and Miluhska will release a new collaborative single, 'Yo Te Deseo,' through Two And A Half Cats on 21 May. The track continues the trio’s ongoing musical partnership, following earlier joint releases such as 'Back To Basics', 'Te Quiere' and 'Delincuente.'
Miguelle & Tons are a Venezuelan DJ and production duo and Miluhska is an Ecuadorian-Peruvian who, together, have been developing a signature style characterised by warm rhythms and a real focus on lyrics.
The fiery new single blends elements of Latin-influenced house music with percussive grooves and vocal-led storytelling that will likely prove huge this summer.
Yo Te Deseo comes on Miguelle & Tons’ own imprint, Two And A Half Cats, which is a platform that has featured a range of collaborative projects highlighting global and Latin influences in electronic music. The release follows the label’s recent project with Ntem and Saraga and reflects its continued emphasis on community-driven, cross-cultural production.
