Hostage Situation release new single The Device from debut album Hostile Frequencies
Denver-based bass music trio Hostage Situation have released The Device, a second single from their upcoming debut album 'Hostile Frequencies, which drops on 2 October. The track arrives as the group prepares for their most extensive tour to date, with tickets for the Hostile Frequencies Tour now on sale and stops scheduled all across North America.
Hostage Situation are known for their heavy, genre-blending sound that pulls from dubstep, riddim and experimental bass. Originally gaining traction in Denver’s underground scene, the trio have quickly grown into nationally recognised headliners with a loyal and growing fanbase.
Latest tune The Device builds on the momentum of their first single Burn For You while leaning into darker, more aggressive sonic territory. The track combines distorted basslines, razor sharp sound design and cinematic tension to create a high-impact banger.
