Andot and Bantu drop new Afro house single 'Too Late'
Brazilian producer Andot and Zimbabwean artist Bantu have teamed up for a new Afro house track, 'Too Late,' which lands on Insomniac Records on 6 June.
The tune blends Andot’s Brazilian musical influences with Bantu’s Zimbabwean roots and explores themes of heartbreak and emotional reflection, featuring solemn vocals and rhythmic tribal chants over melancholic piano chords and syncopated drum patterns. The track reflects the artists’ shared vision of creating music that transcends cultural boundaries.

Antdot adds, “Bantu sent me a few vocal ideas, and as soon as I heard the ‘Too Late’ one, I just knew it was something we had to work on together. The connection between us flowed really naturally, and I think we were both able to bring a lot of our essence into this track! Antdot and I connected on Instagram and started sending ideas back and forth,” Bantu explains. “I’ve been a big fan of his work, and he had been watching me do my thing from Brazil. We were both excited to create something special, and that’s exactly what happened.”
Andot has previously worked with the Dawn Patrol label and has performed at Hi Ibiza and Warung Beach Club while Bantu is a Grammy-nominated artist who has collaborated with various producers and has been on Insomniac Records before with tracks like 'Can’t Let You Go' with BLOND:ISH.
